What services do we offer?

Cascade Aircrafters offers quality craftsmanship in the building process. We will help you learn how to build your aircraft in a fun and efficient manner. We can help as little or as much as the 51% rule will allow. We can help with the entire build process from standard build kits or quick build kits. We also offer to come help you at your place.

How much will an airplane build cost?

Like everything custom…it depends. We like to have our clients look at the aircraft manufacturers site to identify the kits, engines, prop and such to get a price for the equipment first. Then we can help you with the build on an hourly rate. We can also help with some common decisions and customize several aspects of the airplane if you wish.

How much time will a customer need to commit to the build?

Cascade Aircrafters strives to be as efficient as possible with our time and your time. We know our clients are commonly from out of state and have to make trips to our facility in Oregon to work on their airplanes, so it’s top priority to be efficient with the time we have when a customer is working with us. Cascade Aircrafters works with our clients to abide by the 51% EAB rule. We can accomplish most of the 51% with as little as a few full weeks of dedicated work from the builder (owner). Although we love to have our clients working on their planes full time.

Does Cascade Aircrafters offer classes for building tail and empennage kits?

Yes we do. Although we do not have it set up on our website yet. Please give Ben a call to discuss timing and details.
